Reviewing Instagram Interviews Without Watching the Screen

I am helping edit a series of interviews that our museum posted on Instagram, and one reviewer prefers to listen while taking notes instead of watching every clip. We own the recordings and need comments on the spoken answers, not the camera work. An audio copy could make that review easier, but a few answers refer to objects the speaker points at. How would you prepare listening files without losing the context needed for accurate feedback? I want the reviewer to work comfortably while still knowing when a comment depends on something visible in the video.

I would mark the clips that depend on visual context before creating the listening set. Give the reviewer a short note for each one, such as the name of the object being discussed and the time at which it appears. Keep the video as the reference version so uncertain passages can be reviewed in context. Use matching names for the audio file, video, and notes to make switching straightforward. Try one interview with the reviewer before preparing the whole series. Ask whether the context notes are sufficient and whether the file names are easy to follow.
